Please Note: Payment via PayPal or credit card must be made upon booking. You will receive an email confirmation and a 24h reminder. If you're unable to attend your booked app, you can reschedule up to 24h prior (exception may apply), payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Rescheduling: A 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling online or in-person sessions. To reschedule, email tanya@tanyabeautycoach.com. Payments are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments (exceptions may apply). Rescheduling must be within 30 days of the original booking. Late Arrivals: A 15-minute leeway is provided. However, the session end time and cost remain unchanged. Beyond 15 minutes, the session will be canceled without a refund. Confidentiality: All information shared is kept confidential unless: Required by law (e.g., court subpoena). There is a risk of harm to yourself or others. Eligibility: Clients must be at least 18 years old for sessions. Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian present, who may need to provide consent. Code of Conduct: Disrespectful, abusive, or violent behavior, including attending a session under the influence of alcohol or drugs, will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in cancellation of sessions without a refund.
